The beginning concept was the belief that personalized attention and individualized screening would be the primary mission of our company and its staff. Our goal was, and continues to be, a proven matching process that works. We strive to be the best. That is what we offer – “the right person, the right job…guaranteed”.

Our clients consist of Houston’s finest corporations and businesses specializing in a wide range of services and industries.  To provide exemplary staffing services, we represent the best in highly skilled and experienced administrative, office support and accounting candidates and provide an expertly and professionally trained staff who can streamline the selection and placement process. After having over 30 years as a personnel leader behind us, we have created who we are today -–a boutique staffing firm catering to a diverse local business community and to the needs of some of Houston’s finest employers.

As a Woman Owned Business (WBE) we are consistently ranked in the top five of The Houston Business Journal’s Top Area Permanent Placement Firms and Top 50 Women-Owned Businesses.   Over the years, our staff has been honored by receiving numerous state and local awards for industry excellence by the Texas Association of Personnel Services and Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants, but the recommendations and referrals given to us by the people we serve are our most meaningful tribute.
