Ms. Desell leads Houston City Personnel’s Accounting and Finance division. Ms. Desell directs market growth strategies, client development, and retention and recruitment activities.
In addition she consults with C level executives and assists with placement needs in energy, oil and gas services, real estate, manufacturing, automotive, private equity and transportation industries. Ms. Desell has over 15 years experience as a placement consultant in Houston. Her experience includes executive search, accounting, finance, and high level administrative and legal placement. |
